I did a 70 mile trip from Hillsburgh up around Fergus/Elora this aft.

For Dec 19, it is amazing to be riding these trails. Generally, the trails were quite good for early season conditions.

Hillsburgh railline was flat and groomed without a single stone showing. Belwood and west was not groomed. The ceders on railline west of Belwood has really grown in and needs to be cut back. The heritage side trail, east of the Belwood dam, is impassable because of a large fallen tree at intersection 649 and signage is lacking.

The some trails at south of Elora (including near Watsons Farm Equip) are routed differently than shown on ITG, I guess ITG needs to be updated.

There is certainly enough snow to get a run in, although the ploughed fields are still not very good due to no base. Thanks to FEB and Hillsburgh clubs for their hard work.
