Riptorn Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 Logged 132 miles today running Orillia to Midland and back. Some sections definitely need freezing temperatures and snow fall. Plenty of open water filled sections that had to be navigated around, sled got a dirty bath more than once. Groomer's have done a great job of getting a poor start to the season off and running. However, unless more snow comes this area will be pressed to stay open. Trails were bumpy and dirt showing in a few sections. Found the 416 in best shape, like because not heavily ridden. Trail was better than i thought it would be. Finally got that first ride out of the way. Put on 175 km's, lots of sleds out. Hope you all had a good ride today. Blake and white dragon haven't aged a bit I had surgery to my left foot this morning .... radiation pellets placed in the bone and I am about to have radiation therapy at 250pm.
