Now we are stuck with a big mess. Just wait a few years. Ontario will run out of assets to sell to bail them out, then what?

increase the HST, income tax, health benefit tax, gas tax, booze tax, toll roads,  oh and don't forget the new pension tax oh I mean plannnnn.  If she could print money she probably would.

you missed the carbon tax for the sake of her grand kids

who will be able to afford to live here when Wynnebag is through? What business will be able to afford to operate in Ontario if they have a choice of operating elsewhere

More complaining about politicians?

Good grief.

It's as tiresome to read as complaints about trail conditions.

Not saying I agree with all politicians, by the way. I realize there are smart folks on this forum with legitimate points being made.

What I REALLY want to hear about is when the next blizzard Is coming down the pipe.....wouldn't it be nice to be to be out for a rip in mid November like last year? Dare we hope?

I was on C trail in Port Severn for a short distance last weekend. It was in horrible condition. Totally unacceptable. Would have destroyed a set of carbides in no time and I would have overheating problems real quick due to lack of snow. Grooming was non existent.

LOL

Admittedly difficult to put a positive spin on July sledding.

Just as bad or worse in Snowcrest area this summer.

I wonder if anybody flies to the Southern continents looking for snowmobile rentals this time of year?

Good question... some of it may simply be down to the anti virus software you are running or how current it is or even the Microsoft security patches that come out weekly. Some people keep current with those others don't. Or it could be that I am sitting behind a massive configuration of firewalls protecting our systems. Lots of possibilities.

Just went back to the website link again and it didn't have any effect on activity such as CPU on Task Manager, McAfee, network response time, nothing. I did a pop up scan on the link and nothing.

So....back to trail conditions. I was up in the area a week ago. All the old culverts have been replaced. The road has been widened in some spots but over all improved. Logging is going on in there big time. That's why all the road improvements. There was logging going on in the park two summers ago. Did not go into the park to see if anything on a new bridge but it would be nice. Anyone know if they plan to put a new bridge in?

We were in Pine Springs area yesterday and they are also replacing the big bridge crossing black river ,looks like major project going on ,blasting and the hole bit , lots of log trucks around ,the warm temps and rain late in the week will just be mud pits for them , did not go into the park either as we were on the quads but can find out at work from Ted if the new bridge on the baysville express has been finished ,but it does appear that they are going to log the hell out of that area with all the rd repairs being done

I talked with Ted from happy wanderers and the new bridge goes in over the holidays ,had to wait for MNR approval, also another one going in to the east of the expressway ,this year down on pine springs rd there willl be major logging so club is opening up the old B trail that basically runs along side pine springs, they just finished brushing it as it hasnt been opened in years ,ted is thinking this trail will be permanent as the loggers are always plowing up their trails after they just get them groomed.
