Private trail from the cottage to D123, only takes about two minutes to be on one of the most amazing trail systems or boating on a 40 mile waterway right from the front yard. The cottage has had extensive work done, from a one story seasonal cottage to a year round home. All new windows, siding, furnace and appliances.
