Viperules700
Are the winds blowing all of the snow away?
oldesledupes
The trails are in great shape from Wyoming to the clubhouse, on into Watford and north to the 4 corners. The 108 Inwood trail south is also snow covered and smooth. The groomer was out last night heading north towards Forest. The plowed fields are pretty rough heading into Forest from 4 corners. All open fields are in great shape, they only get a bit thin on top of the rolling hills.
Wildman
Yes, the fields are wind swept, Sunday the wind finally turned NW and we where able to start grooming Forest area trails. The groomers are logging lots of hours, trying to build a good solid base with the drifting snow. It is coming along slowly, I groomed to Arkona and back into Forest last night, there are some very nice sections, and some, well, limited. Happy riding, enjoy it while it is here. goxgo
looking forward to riding your trails, my son has a hockey game Saturday night against the Predators. The plan is to do some riding then head to Widder Station have some good food and a pop then head to the Rec centre. Do you think that little stretch by the arena will be open for this ride. thx

Wildman
you can ride over there, the groomer has been around behind Lakeside Grain & Feed, it is just across the road from the rec center. Be advised the trails are limited, and they are exactly that. There are some very good sections, then there are sections in some fields that are bare frozen dirt. The trails are better in the middle to southern boundary of our club trails. Basically from 123 south. If you go to widder, there is a T behind Lakeside, about 100yards from the corner on highway 21. Go straight and it hooks up with the Thedford trail at Army Camp road.
