Blake G
Gravenhurst Bay was frozen more than a week ago, but since the recent snow, parts of it are now open again. I would say it is ninety-five percent frozen and five percent open water. Gull Lake did not reopen with the snow. I haven't checked but I would "expect" the others you mentioned would be like Gull, that is frozen over, but not very thick ice, due to the snow. Twice in the past week I've sledded about forty kilometres on roads like Musquash, Loon, North and South Muldrew. A little hard on the carbides, perhaps, but plenty of snow if you get out before the plow does it's rounds.
