extreme600 Posted February 17, 2013 Share Posted February 17, 2013 First of all Thanks to the following clubs for the awesome trails: Hill & Gully Riders, Orillia Disctrict, Georgian Bay sno riders, Muskoka Sno Bombers, Happy Wanderers and Snowcrest Riders. All trails were excellent except about 6 miles of trail #204 between the bridge near Port Stanton and Orillia. They were fair, if they get groomed they would be awesome also. But it is understandable that was Thursday just after the decent snowfall. Also on Trail C from Perkinsfield to Elmvale it was lacking snow most likely due to wind and not as much snow compared to the Muskoka area. So here are a few pics. New bridge in Coldwater--THANK YOU very much. That really saves on the road rash. Nice and ends up right at the Esso Nasty pressure crack on Lake Couchiching between the Orillia rail bed exit and the B trail exit for Gravenhurst-Rama Railbed trail from Lake Couchiching to Coldwater--Yahoooooooooooooooo Woot Woot!! Summerland General Store-great place just off Kashe Lake for food and gas Gassing up after our big breakfast at Summerlands-nice couple Oooooooops busted!! LOL Actually he was nice. LOL And it was nice to meet STG & our VP of Snowcrest riders. Watch our for STG he is trouble. LMAO Snowcrest trail#4 on Thursday morning-thanks blake!! It is always nice to start your day on a nice smooth twisty trail. Snowcrest trail#4 on Friday morning-it doesn't get any better folks!! #204 trail to Orillia-not really that rough. A lot better than running bare roads IMO C Trail in Midland D trail south of Smith gas station in Port Sydney D trail in Gravenhurst D trail in Bracebridge B trail Gravenhurst towards the old Stevenson shelter (Pete) B trail in Orillia Intersection just north of Wood Lake Can't wait to get back up there on Tuesday!!! Next run will hopefully be to Parry Sound and area from Muskoka. Soooooooo please leave us some snow everyone!! Enjoy the trails. Let's hope that winter sticks around for at least another month!!!
