Fortunately our volunteers were rescued without injuries. Everyone is suffering, especially the businesses that rely on the HIGHWAY to be available from town to town. Packing has started in Dubreuilville, my grooming partner Norm has been out and has done Trail D west up to Hwy 519. He also did the to the Magpie Reservoir. Tomorrow he will will be doing D trail East to our warmup shack. I was gone to Sudbury and got back home today so hopping to be able to go out soon. Lots of Snow out there. Anyone have a Absolute Zero coat just wondering how warm they are ? I’m afraid my ten year old Yamaha coat is not going to cut it the G5 is definitely lacking in wind protection and I’m not sure if the medium windshield I ordered is going to show up .

We have recently been notified that Halfway Haven will not be open for the 2023 Snowmobile Season. Rest assure for riders that we have been planning over the summer and fall for this possibility and do not anticipate any impact to our trails at this time. We remain hopeful that Halfway Haven will be back in future seasons and value their partnership over the years. We will provide more information as we get closer to the season. GREAT NEWS! Early word has it that TOP Trail D between Searchmont and Wawa should be open this winter because fuel will be available at Ontario's Algoma Country's iconic Halfway Haven. Groomers can roll and riders can fill their sleds & warm up inside, but probably no lodgings or hot meals, maybe snacks.

Been though a thousand of them on this trip in Scotland and England on the wrong dam side of the road 🤣

I don’t know how much snow they got last night there but I talked to Patrick from Dubreuilville at 8 last night and it was snowing like crazy there

It was a tough go though there yesterday lots of drifting snow

I dropped my deposit off at my dealer Tuesday for next years sleds he just got back to me with the details he has mine booked but he said he is sold out for next year already . He talked to three dealers this morning all said the same thing crazy times !
