  1. Fabulous March Ride To New Liskeard March 8, 2023 For the first weekend of March, we met friends at the Sand Dam Rd. parking and staging site about 25 kilometres north of North Bay on Highway 11, at the intersection of TOP A/D and TOP A102Q. As we packed our gear onto the sleds for our overnight getaway, the clouds started to part and the sun was shining. It was going to be a beautiful day! ofsc online news letter this month.
  2. I will take a shot. My Coochie's hairy. .πŸ™‰
  3. Dirty dozen out and about in the French/Sudbury trails. Got a trip saving snowfall on Thursday night. Hat's off to the local clubs for scrambling and grooming it out! Bubby moose out for a snowy stroll.
  4. Getting snow or rain Soup? We are rain/washed out/ done in D9. Going back to Camp on Trout Lake north of Alban next week.
  5. Just Shitty. Was a great clubhouse in a great location for a stop without going in to Owen Sound. Just lousy to go with a lousy winter in D9 and the rest of the south. We always stopped on way back from the East going back to home base in Wiarton. I hope there is a fund raiser for a rebuild, we will be in!
  6. Did you get her name? 😈☺️
  7. It is kind of sad the way this is going. I have been on here since way back when my farm neighbor Adam K. was helping with the sight IT. He and a buddy stickered my sled one night with an OC sticker. That is how i found my way here, The sticker still on my tool box some 25 years later! I have always enjoyed popping in and out. Check the trail reports, accommodation/restaurant reports, sled brand banter and all such things that snowmobilers talk about. I don't post a lot, but I have always enjoyed sharing a trail report, some humor, and talking to like minded people. We are a shrinking group of enthusiasts and sometimes we are our own worst enemies in many different ways. Last week we went to Sudbury with friends, to meet and ride with friends that we have met there snowmobiling, and met more new passionate sledders and friends. This is a big thing that my wife and I enjoy about the sport. There are not many places in Ontario that we haven't made some tracks, and have always enjoyed the comradery where ever we have gone. Respect others, help the sport when you can, Be it in the Clubhouse, on the side of trail, or on a Snowmobile Forum. Hammer down!
  8. Lol. Thanks Soup! My back says it is well packed and ready for a pass!
  9. Rode Sudbury form Thursday to Saturday. Some good some bad. Snowed all the way up Wednesday night. I think they forgot about the D trail completely.....
  10. Bought my wife a new Skinz tunnel bag last year for Christmas. White with black camo design on it. She lost it between Iroquois Falls and Cochrane last year end of season. Only upon back tracking down the hydro line she had been playing on, did we realize that white and black camo is a really shatty combo to try to find in the snow! Expensive lesson got when worse this fall when she remembered her spare belt was in it too.
  11. Sounds like you have trained for this your whole life. You will beat it Bill !
  12. My wife and I ended up with matching new sleds because of a great dealer offer on our trades and a multi unit purchase. My wife couldn't stand it.😝 So I traded mine in mid season, bought a pretty spendy sled and she never made a peep over it.
  13. Couple 16" sections of used sliders on the under tunnel right above where the track windows are will do it.
  14. Great news on your recovery. Cheers!
