This is just over an hours drive away for me. I got to ride through there a couple of times this season and was laughing as I blasted up some of the best tight twisty hills around. I think I'll head down to their meeting and volunteer to at least help with their trails.3 points

Sign of the times, I think. I can think of a few smaller clubs in the middle of nowhere that are struggling to keep themselves functioning. If they have a strong District board, it doesn't necessarily have to mean trail closures: neighbouring, stronger clubs could be stepping up to handle the grooming.2 points
